Bernard Appiah

Bernard is a Ghanaian public health professional, science journalist, development communicator and a pharmacist with a passion for teaching, research and service. He is an assistant professor at the Department of Public Health in Falk College, Syracuse University. His research centres on translational communication science to influence population health practice and policy in low-income and minority populations in the US and beyond. Bernard moderates the AuthorAID community and facilitates research and grant proposal writing workshops.
